My tasks
Find the tasks waiting for your action, then take, release and complete them from a single page.
My tasks
The My tasks page gathers in one place the work waiting for a person: a request to qualify, a call to return, an intervention to approve. It only shows the tasks your rights let you see, whichever organisation they belong to.
It opens from the Mes tâches entry of the left menu, or at
/me/tasks. The entry only shows while a task waits for you in Non
assignées or Les miennes, and goes away with the last one.
Three queues
Three tabs split the tasks, each with its count:
- Les miennes (mine): the tasks that fall to you, whether you took them yourself or someone designated you. This tab opens by default.
- Non assignées (unassigned): the open tasks nobody has taken yet.
- En retard (overdue): the unfinished tasks whose deadline has already passed, whether someone took them or not.
Past 1000 tasks, the count reads 1000+: the exact number is not computed.
The page shows the first 100 tasks of a queue, from the nearest deadline to the furthest. The next ones appear as these are handled.
What each row shows
Each task shows its title, the organisation it belongs to and its deadline, to the minute. A task without a deadline reads "Sans échéance" (no deadline). A task whose details cannot be read does not appear in the list, even when the tab's count includes it.
Acting on a task
The buttons on a row depend on the task's state.
- Prendre (take): you assign to yourself an unassigned task, or a task someone designated you for. It is then yours in Les miennes.
- Libérer (release): you hand back a task you took. It returns to Non assignées.
- Terminer (complete): you close a task you took. A form opens with the fields the task asks for (text, number, checkbox or choice list); a field left empty is not sent. Valider completes the task, Annuler closes the form without changing anything.
A task taken by someone else, or designated to someone else, offers no button.
A button that shows can still be refused, for instance because a colleague took the task in the meantime, or because your rights in the organisation only let you read. The reason then shows under the row. If the connection drops before the answer, you can retry safely: the same action is never applied twice.
The interface is in French today; the tab and button labels above are quoted as they appear.
